Greg Hackney, Chief Executive Officer and President.

Mr. Hackney has been in the healthcare software and services industry for the past 15 years leading several companies from their inception to acquisition. In addition to planning the strategic direction of the Firm, his activities include leading the sales and marketing and financial direction of MediGain.

 Previously, Mr. Hackney served as CEO of Superior Global, a healthcare document management company. Prior to that, he was founder and CEO of Expresiv Technologies, a healthcare speech understanding and data extraction company which was acquired by 3M. Mr. Hackney has served as a founder, executive, and consultant to many successful healthcare companies over the past two decades.

 Mr. Hackney currently acts as the managing director of Chiron Point Investment Fund. In addition, he is a board member of Ambient Health Intelligence, a healthcare business intelligence company.

 Mr. Hackney studied Japanese and Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Dinesh Butani, Chairman.

Mr. Butani was one of the founding Board Members of MediGain and was an integral part of the management team that got MediGain into Inc 500’s America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies list in 2009. Mr. Butani has been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry for the past 12 years and is also a Board Director and Founder of several other fast growing BPO Companies; MedSource, Medical Transcription and Document Management; Legacy Health, Healthcare Claims Processing and Quantum Engineering, Structural Engineering Design. In addition to leading the Board in all its strategic decisions, he will also lead all growth, expansion and service diversification efforts.

Mr. Butani has held senior level positions for companies such as Denver, Colorado based Qwest Communications, as a Director of Worldwide Strategic Planning and also for Reston, Virginia based outsourcer Apex Covantage as a VP of Business Development for North American Engineering Services BPO. Mr. Butani is also a director of Dallas based, Chiron Point Investment Fund.

Mr. Butani has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University, W. Lafayette, IN.

Brian Lacey, Vice President of Operations.

As VP of Operations, Mr. Lacey runs MediGain’s operations in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Mr. Lacey brings over 10 years of healthcare BPO experience with him to MediGain. He has worked for both sides of the revenue cycle management having worked for BCBS as well as a regional billing and coding company.

 Mr. Lacey has extensive international experience and has lead process improvement initiatives at several Fortune 500 companies including Unilever and BCBS.  With his strong analytics background, Mr. Lacey has held senior level operations roles at Transcend Services and CyMed Medical Records.  At Transcend, Mr. Lacey successfully project managed the due diligence and integrations for two acquisitions.

 Mr. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
