MediGain maintains a high level of Physical Security Controls over the facility, including appropriate Alarm Systems, Access Controls, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Video Surveillance, Visitor and Employee Identification, Egress Searches, and Employee Background Investigations.

MediGain and HelloCorp are both HIPAA compliant taking every precaution to protect sensitive patient records. Call Center access requires an employee badge. Document printing is controlled by managers and pens are not allowed inside the call center environment to eliminate the possibility of copying sensitive patient records.

MediGain maintains Secure Computer Rooms and Tape Libraries with restricted access. Appropriate backup is provided for all critical computer applications and data files. All devices derive power from an Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) & MediGain maintains a source of surge-protected power for all devices supporting the operational environment.

A Data Security Confidentiality Agreement is executed which allows site audits. These audits can be conducted without any prior notice.
