Their presentation is entitled, “The Top Ten Best Practices to Maximize Revenue Cycle Performance,” and will be presented during the 3:30 p.m. breakout session. In the presentation, Eric Beier and Connie Green will touch on the common causes of lost revenue, a few revenue cycle process improvement opportunities, and ways to implement reports and tools to optimize revenue cycle performance for your medical practice.
