Plano, TX - MediGain, LLC, one of the nation’s premier healthcare revenue cycle management service providers, has announced a realignment of international operations and vendors to position itself for continued growth. MediGain services physicians, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals nationwide.

“As MediGain continues to grow, we have expanded into six operations centers in the US and three company-owned locations overseas.  These facilities operate across multiple time zones and provide us with increased 24 hour capabilities,” said Juanita Schwartzkopf, CEO of MediGain. “Our expanded offices enhance our ability to maintain high levels of reliability and always-on-time responses for our customers.  We are pleased to be in a position that allows us to add to our team of ICD-10 certified coders, as well as experienced business intelligence and account management personnel in our offices both domestically and overseas.”

Primary client facing responsibilities continue to be handled by an expanded US based Client Delivery team that is spread across the country with the largest centers being in the Plano, Texas and Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.  “Client management team members are located throughout the US to allow easy accessibility to our clients.  Clients’ revenue cycle management needs are managed and fulfilled through a combination of our US offices and our new offices in Bangalore and Chennai, India and Colombo, Sri Lanka,” said Gary Smith, COO for MediGain.  Smith added, “We are known as a premier provider of billing and collecting services within the healthcare arena.  This has enhanced our ability to hire top-notch, experienced professionals in all our offices.”

”Although Account Management is staffed by our U.S. offices, we are pleased to have this supplemented by our operations staff located in our Bangalore, Chennai and Colombo offices.  We have been able to hire experienced operations staff in those locations – people that already know our customers and our work ethic,” said Joy Schare, Vice President of Client Delivery. 

“Business intelligence and IT help desk work will be under MediGain’s direct management through a combination of our US offices and our new offices in Bangalore and Chennai, India and Colombo, Sri Lanka,” said Ian Maurer, CIO for MediGain.  “This transition allows MediGain to increase its emphasis on MediGain InSights, a key practice management and assessment tool, and to continue to improve the specialty reporting which is so important to our clients who operating on a multiple number of practice management platforms, and in varied specialties.”
