MediGain will provide payment reminder and fulfillment services on a fixed fee as well as provide collection services on a commission basis at a 40% discount to similar US companies. Fulfillment services of letters will be processed from the US office. Payment reminders, collections calls and claims submission will be conducted from MediGain operations in Sri Lanka backed up by its head quarters in Dallas, Texas.
MediGain is equipped to handle DME, SNF, Hospital, Physician, Dialysis, Medical Transport, Outpatient Surgery, and many other Medical Specialty Services. MediGain's account managers, systems and processes strictly adhere to and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Fair Debt Practices Act (FDCPA) and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) guidelines.
